Col. (Retd) VP Singh – Director, Co-ordination

VP ensures Grassroots administration, accounts and logistics are all well managed.  A calm force in any storm, the Colonel’s deft management and military precision, were honed during his years leading a Kumaon Rifle Regiment.  The Colonel oversees the Mountain Development Document Cell ensuring that accurate records are held on all Grassroots projects which can be analysed to inform future planning.
